Hello! Welcome to Small But Mighty. I'm Lauren, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and official HYROX coach.

As a personal trainer, my main goal for my clients is to get them to a place where they WANT to exercise, because of how it makes you feel. The mental benefits are endless, and the physical are great too.
